Always ensure 100% staffing levels by the standards set forth in the employee handbook
If necessary to ensure 100% staffing levels, the Lieutenant may need to cover open shifts personally
Facilitate positive team morale and effective communication within your team and across the Northeast Fire-Rescue company
Effectively communicate with Department Officers in a timely and professional manner
Attend leadership/management team meetings
Promote the growth and development of your team
